Eyebrow Transplantation
The process is performed by follicular unit extraction (FUE) or DHI. The aim is to create a satisfactory and natural-looking eyebrow shape according to the patient's wishes. The procedure is appropriate and healthy for patients who prefer the FUE technique.
It is very important that the eyebrows are planted horizontally at 25-30 degree angles. However, if sown in this way, natural results can be obtained in eyebrow transplantation. Otherwise, the eyebrows planted in a bad eyebrow transplantation will have to be removed by laser hair removal. Successful eyebrow transplantation, in turn, depends on: appropriate physician assessment and training of the surgeon, the surgeon's knowledge of the anatomy of the eyebrow, the ability to reproduce the sharpest angle and direction using single hair grafts, and appropriate instrumentation to prevent procedure graft trauma, from a single eyebrow transplantation session then to ensure that our patients are satisfied and happy with the results.
Since donor hairs are in the nape region, when transplanted to the eyebrows, they grow for a lifetime and therefore need to be shaved once a month. Since this is a very delicate process to provide a natural look, it is necessary to select extra fine hair. The operation is around 2-4 hours and is painless.
During the first 2 to 4 days after the procedure, small shells form around each transplanted hair. After mild redness at the end of the first week, the patient can return to normal life for 3 to 5 days without any signs of treatment. The traces in the donor area disappear after a week.
